On Monday, August 11th, the world lost one of the great comedic talents - - actor Robin Williams. Mr. Williams had been suffering from addiction and depression, and reportedly took his own life. He was 63 years old.
Disney fans know Robin as the voice of the Genie in Aladdin; his comedic timing and zany one-liners turned the Genie into one of the most popular sidekick characters in all of Disney animation. He also appeared in 100s of other movies and TV shows, including Good Will Hunting, Mrs. Doubtfire, Dead Poet's Society and Patch Adams.
Please keep his wife and children in your thoughts and prayers. And PLEASE - seek help and reach out to someone if you're in pain and thinking of hurting yourself.
